Proposal and Results
We proposed new raw ingredients and salon methods that have not yet been developed in Japan. We assisted in the development of original cosmetics customized for the Japanese market and the establishment of a salon menu. The clients saw that their customers were very pleased with their new services and have since introduced the products as part of their regular menu.

Proposal and Results
We held numerous meetings and carefully listened to the client's requests. We analyzed the ingredients and items to suit the markets of the countries where it was going to be launched, and proposed overall branding strategy from product concept to design.
